How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  • Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the RA number. Please ensure the item is in its unused and original condition.
  • Ship the Item: Send the return package to the address provided in the Return Authorization email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Verapelle Italia is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order on the website. The new order will be processed separately. You may also contact our customer service team to request an exchange if you are unsure about the item’s availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).

Damaged or Defective Items
